These terms cover reports bought on flightnoise.fyi, a service of Apptractor Development Ltd (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales under number [company number], registered office C/O SG Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne BH21 7SB, United Kingdom. What you buy

A report is a one-off digital product for one location near one airport: an interactive web page at a private link and a PDF. It is built automatically from recorded aircraft positions and a noise model after you pay, and sent to the email address you give us.

What a report is, and is not

• Figures are estimates from recorded flights (ADS-B data published by ADSB.lol) and a calculation method based on ECAC Doc 29. They are not measurements at your address.
• A report is not an official noise map, a survey, legal advice or a valuation. Airport operations, routes and rules can change after the period a report covers.
• Use it together with your own visits, the official noise maps and professional advice before making a decision.

Your use

You may keep, print and share your report with anyone involved in your decision (family, agents, lawyers). You may not resell reports or copy their data in bulk.

Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is taken once, at checkout, by our payment provider.

Refunds

Liability

We build reports with care, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is exact. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a report applies to that report.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
